Haley BlairGymnastics Team Director

A former competitive gymnast and a trained dancer, Haley was also a student of Child Development and has spent many years working with children in an array of disciplines and capacities. As the coach of our competitive team, Haley believes in equal parts hard work and having fun. She brings both her love for the sport and a personal belief that young gymnasts succeed best when provided with a nurturing, supportive environment, which is evident in her recreational and competitive team coaching.

Haley spent ten years training as a competitive gymnast, reaching USA Gymnastics Level 8 and participating in state and national competitions.

She holds a B.F.A. from The Ohio State University, where she studied Modern Dance and Child Development. Haley has worked with young children for most of her life, including at preschools, childcare centers, theater and dance programs, and on gymnastics teams.

Now in her sixth year at Gymtime, Haley's experience with the sport, expertise in Child Development and nurturing demeanor help her form a close connection with every child who reaches our competitive team level.

“Healthy competition teaches self-discipline and what it means to work hard. But it's also very important to me that this be a nurturing environment where the children always feel supported.”
