Policy & Info

Makeup Policies:
You are entitled to 2 make-up classes per 16 week session. In addition, make-up classes are offered for day's the school is closed. Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance and are limited to the current session. We strongly recommend not waiting until the end of the semester to schedule your makeups, as many of the classes are full. Makeups are allowed in many of our classes , but there are a few exceptions. Please see the front desk for details. The school may offer a substitute class for a makeup if your class is not available.

Refund Policy:
For full semester (16 weeks) registered students, a refund will be given prior to the first scheduled class, less a $75 cancellation fee. A prorated refund will be given prior to the 3rd scheduled class, less a $75 cancellation fee per class. We must have written notification of all withdrawals. Credits are not given.

Discounts:
Discounts are given if the child enrolls in full summer multiple classes, see front desk for details.

Inclement weather:
In the case of inclement weather please call gymtime. A makeup class is available for cancelled classes, however there are no refunds or credits given for classes missed due to weather.

Sibling Policy:
Younger siblings can come to class as long as they are in a snuggly, no strollers or car seats are permitted in the class. Older siblings are not permitted in the classrooms. We recommend scheduling a makeup class for any class you need to miss.

Clothing:
Children and adults should wear washable clothing, especially if the class includes working with art materials. Our art supplies are "washable", however, some do stain in spite of our best efforts. We provide smocks for the children.

Separation:
All children over 3 years of age should be separated from parent or caregiver.

Registration:
You may register by mail, in person, by telephone or by fax from 9:00am until 6:00pm Monday- Saturday. Payments may be made by check or credit card. We accept visa, mastercard and American Express.
