Sports camp for 5-year-olds and up

Designed for the sports enthusiast, Gymtime’s Sports Camp offers the full package for physical development. The morning begins with yoga or stretch class to warm-up the body and prepare for a fun-filled day of activities.

Children will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics, as well as play organized sports including basketball, soccer, hockey and lacrosse. Agility exercises are incorporated into the program, building the solid foundation children need to compete in any sport. Tae Kwon Do classes are included to help develop coordination and balance, in addition to confidence and discipline.

Outside of the gym, children will participate in art, music and cooking at Kitchen Little Cooking School.
