Gymnastics Co-ed for 5-year-olds and up

Is your child ready to start exploring advanced skills in all aspects of gymnastics? Our co-ed Gymnastics class builds upon basic skills in each of the four gymnastics events: vault, bars, beam and floor exercises, as well as trampoline.

Practicing on our state-of-the-art equipment, students develop the strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence to perform a range of skills.

Working with our coaches, students will master advanced skills such as handstands, cartwheels, back walkovers, pull-overs, back hip circles and much, much more.
