Sports and cooking for 3-year-olds to 4.11-year-olds (without adult)

Have a little athlete who is also curious about the kitchen? This two-hour class combines the best of Gymtime’s fitness programs with Kitchen Little Cooking School.

From soccer balls to mixing bowls, our comprehensive Sports Chef class offers the full package of physical development. This program is designed to give your child the athletic foundation they need to compete in any sport, and to introduce them to healthy and delicious recipes in our state-of-the-art kitchen.

The first hour of this combo class is spent working on the fundamentals of gymnastics and organized sports including soccer, basketball, hockey, and lacrosse.

The second hour is spent cooking at Kitchen Little Cooking School, where students learn the nuances of healthy eating, from nutritional powerhouse foods to getting creative in the home kitchen. Each week, this 16-week course features a whole foods ingredient that is the starting point for two unique recipes, one savory and one sweet. Kids learn fun facts about each week’s ingredient and come home with ready-to-serve creations and recipes of the week’s meals.

Sports and cooking activities are designed with the needs of each age group in mind.
