At Gymtime we believe keeping children active in sports is a vital part of both physical and mental development. Of course, martial arts gives kids a chance to be active, which helps work off energy in over-active little ones or gets kids who tend to be sedentary up and moving. However, these ancient practices also teach your kids responsibility, bolster self-esteem, enhance concentration and develop respect for themselves and others.
Each one of Gymtime’s Tae Kwon Do classes are taught in a safe environment specifically designed for martial arts. Our taekwondo nyc class is taught by an instructor with more than 20 years of experience teaching traditional Tae Kwon Do techniques to children.
